Responsibilities of the Intern:

• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including online platforms, job boards, and social media.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience.
• Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Canva.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
