Why this role exists

Medinex Workforce runs tools that real people use every day: candidate portals, application forms, client dashboards and internal trackers. When one of those screens is confusing, a candidate drops off or a recruiter loses time. As a Product Design Intern, you will help make those screens easier to understand and quicker to use. You will learn how designers research users, test ideas and hand over designs that developers can build without guessing.

Your day-to-day

- Run simple user interviews and surveys with candidates, recruiters and clients

- Sketch user flows and wireframes to explore ideas quickly

- Build high-fidelity screens and interactive prototypes in Figma

- Design consistent layouts using colour, typography, spacing and reusable components

- Test designs with real users and improve them based on what you observe

- Check designs for accessibility basics such as contrast, text size and tap targets

- Prepare clean design files and hand-off notes for developers

You are a good fit if

- You know Figma (frames, auto layout, components, prototyping)

- You understand hierarchy, alignment, contrast and consistency

- You can explain your design choices with reasons, not just taste

- You take feedback well and improve quickly

- You care about how a product feels to use

- You have a laptop and a stable internet connection for full-time remote work

Nice to have, not required

- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge

- Familiarity with Miro, Whimsical or FigJam

- A small portfolio, case study or practice project

Who can apply

- Final-year students and recent graduates from B.Des, BFA, B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc (CS/IT, Multimedia, Animation), MCA, diploma programs or any stream with strong design skills

- Self-taught designers who can show their work through a Behance or Dribbble profile, a portfolio or a case study

- Freshers are welcome, and prior work experience is not required

- You must be available to work full-time for the internship period

Working schedule
