What You Will Do

• Build and improve full-stack applications across user interfaces, backend services, APIs, data workflows, and cloud infrastructure.
• Use AI-assisted tools throughout the software development lifecycle for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and faster learning.
• Develop AI-powered capabilities by integrating large language models, external APIs, retrieval systems, and agentic workflows.
• Experiment with new AI models, developer tools, and agent frameworks, and bring useful ones into your day-to-day engineering workflow.
• Write clean, secure, testable, and well-documented code, and learn to make sound engineering trade-offs.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product teams through code reviews, technical discussions, demos, and iterative delivery.
• Take ownership of problems, ask good questions, and carry your work from an initial idea to a usable outcome.

What We Look For

• Strong programming, problem-solving, and logical reasoning fundamentals.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and the ability to learn new languages and frameworks quickly.
• A basic understanding of software or web development concepts, APIs, databases, or version control.
• Evidence that you enjoy building things, such as personal projects, coursework, hackathons, open-source work, or deployed applications.
• Curiosity about AI and a habit of using technology to learn, experiment, and improve how you work.
• Clear communication, collaboration, ownership, and comfort with feedback.
• Prior experience with Generative AI is not mandatory. A strong interest in learning and building with AI is essential.

Good to Have

• Exposure to frontend or backend frameworks such as React, Node.js, or equivalent technologies.
• Experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, cloud platforms, or relational and vector databases.
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, AI agents, or evaluation of AI systems.
