Key responsibilities:

1. Develop generative AI applications using large language models and modern AI frameworks.
2. Build AI agents and AI workers capable of completing multi-step business tasks.
3. Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation pipelines using company documents and structured data.
4. Integrate AI models with APIs, databases, business applications, and third-party services.
5. Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost.
6. Experiment with open-source and commercial AI models and select appropriate models for different use cases.
7. Develop backend services and APIs using Python.

Other requirements

1. Strong Python programming skills and a good understanding of machine learning and generative AI.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 7,80,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 1,80,000 /year
