Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior AI / ML Engineer to join our AI and engineering team. You will support the development, testing, deployment, and optimization of machine learning models while gaining hands-on experience with real-world AI/ML systems, data workflows, and modern engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
• 0–1 years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or related role
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and model evaluation
• Familiarity with Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Working knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis
• Basic understanding of SQL and databases
• Exposure to model training, testing, validation, and deployment concepts
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, or MLOps tools is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple tasks
