Role Overview

This role is designed for individuals who don’t just want to “complete tasks,” but want to build systems that matter. As a Full Stack Intern, you will work directly on live product components, contributing to features that are used in real-world, high-stakes environments.

You’ll be expected to think in terms of products, scalability, and long-term design, not just code execution.

What You’ll Work On

• Build and ship scalable, reliable backend services using Python and Flask
• Develop clean, intuitive, and responsive frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Contribute to end-to-end product development, from design and architecture to deployment and monitoring
• Design and implement microservices-based architectures for high scalability and maintainability
• Apply SOLID principles and clean code practices to ensure high-quality, extensible software
• Set up and work with CI/CD pipelines to enable automated testing, integration, and seamless deployments
• Collaborate in Agile development environments, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Use AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and documentation—while maintaining strong engineering judgment and code quality standards
• Work on implementations aligned with global standards such as W3C Verifiable Credentials and Open Badges 3.0
• Participate in technical discussions and decision-making around system architecture, performance optimization, and scalability

What We’re Looking For

• Strong fundamentals in Python, with hands-on experience in backend development (Flask preferred)
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building clean, responsive user interfaces
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web architecture, and client-server communication
• Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL), including basic data modeling and queries
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems fundamentals
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment practices
• Knowledge of software design principles, including SOLID and clean code practices
• Basic understanding of cloud environments and tools like Docker is a plus
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Comfort working in Agile environments with iterative development and team collaboration
• Ability to use AI tools effectively as a development accelerator—while maintaining strong judgment over code quality
• Strong problem-solving skills, structured thinking, and attention to detail
• Good communication skills, ownership mindset, and eagerness to learn
