Blacklitt provides personalized, research-backed investment advisory services that help clients manage their wealth with precision. Behind that is technology that has to be accurate, secure and dependable, because people rely on it for financial decisions. As an intern, you'll work with experienced engineers on real product features and see how production software is built in a finance-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Build, test and maintain features for Blacklitt's web platform / client-facing tools / internal research systems.
• Turn functional requirements into clean, readable, well-documented code.
• Debug issues and help improve the performance, reliability and usability of our applications.
• Take part in code reviews, sprint planning and technical discussions.
• Work with engineers, researchers and other teams to understand problems and ship solutions.
• Write clear documentation, give regular progress updates, and act on feedback quickly.

Who We're Looking For

Must have

• A freshers or 0–2 years of experience profile, with a degree (or final-year student) in CS, IT or a related field.
• Solid fundamentals: data structures, algorithms and basic OOP.
• Working knowledge of at least one language, such as Python / JavaScript / Java.
• Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
• Basic knowledge of web development, REST APIs or databases (SQL).
• Personal projects, open-source contributions, or coding-platform profiles.
• Interest in finance, markets or data.

Mindset

• You're curious, learn quickly and take ownership of your tasks.
• You work well in a team and ask for help when needed.
• You care about writing correct code, not just working code.
