• Maintain, and troubleshoot applications in a cloud-based environment
• Work extensively with Microsoft Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with strong troubleshooting skills
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Maintain cloud-native applications and services
• Execution of CD pipelines for seamless deployment and integration
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to enhance system efficiency
• Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and organizational policies
• Work in Project designated shifts and on-call (Rotational) and incident response

Qualifications

• Windows Server Administration: Administration and troubleshooting of Windows Server environments, including services, system logs, certificates, and deployment-related issues.
• Microsoft Azure: Azure resource management, deployment support, environment upgrades, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• IIS (Internet Information Services): Website and application pool management, SSL certificate/binding configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and rollback support.
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS): Support for containerized application deployments, including pod, service, and deployment troubleshooting.
• Monitoring & Log Analysis: Analyze and troubleshoot application, IIS, AKS, and Azure logs to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• GitHub & CI/CD: Repository and branch management, deployment artifact handling, and collaboration on CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities.
