Job Description

We are looking for an IT Intern to join our IT Operations team. The candidate will support the IT Operations team with day-to-day application installation, endpoint troubleshooting, and general IT support across Windows and macOS devices, along with exposure to broader IT operations processes and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with application installation, updates, and uninstalls on Windows and macOS endpoints

• Troubleshoot common OS, application, and connectivity issues for end users

• Support ticket triage and resolution tracking (Freshservice or similar ITSM tool)

• Assist with basic software packaging/deployment tasks and testing

• Help document SOPs and troubleshooting guides for common issues

• Support patch management and software compliance checks

• Assist with testing and QA of internal automation workflows (Power Automate, low-code tools)

• General coordination support for ongoing IT projects

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field in 2026.

• Working knowledge of Windows and macOS — installing software, basic system settings, common troubleshooting steps

• Comfortable working hands-on in macOS environments

• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills

• Eagerness to learn enterprise IT support practices

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID

• Must have hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar) for technical assistance and problem-solving

Nice to Have

• Any Microsoft fundamentals certification (MS-900/SC-900/AZ-900)

• Basic scripting exposure (PowerShell/shell)
