Before you build software, you need to understand how the business actually works.

Onified.ai is building connected enterprise applications across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, warehousing, maintenance, finance, HR, service and other business functions.

We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern who enjoys understanding how work actually happens and turning that understanding into better software.

What you will work on

• Understand real business processes and workflows
• Identify users, steps, decisions, rules and exceptions
• Translate problems into functional requirements
• Map workflows and user journeys
• Think through edge cases and alternative scenarios
• Research existing enterprise software and approaches
• Work with product, UX and engineering
• Understand how processes connect across applications
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation

What we are looking for

• Students who can commit full-time for six months, and 2026 graduates, from Engineering, Management, Commerce, Economics or other relevant disciplines
• Strong analytical and structured thinking
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Curiosity about how businesses operate
• Ability to break messy problems into understandable pieces
• Comfortable asking questions
• Interested in both business and technology

Good to have

ERP/CRM exposure, operations internships, consulting, process mapping, manufacturing/supply-chain exposure, SQL, product projects or business-analysis experience.
