What the Role is About

As a DevOps/SRE Intern, you will assist in building, automating, and maintaining the cloud infrastructure powering our next-generation educational platforms. You will work closely with senior engineers to ensure high availability, scalability, and security of our systems, bridging the gap between development and operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and maintaining CI/CD deployment pipelines to automate software delivery.
• Monitor system performance, application logs, and infrastructure health using observability tools.
• Help manage cloud infrastructure and services, ensuring high availability and uptime.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot environment issues and automate routine operational tasks.
• Document infrastructure setups, deployment workflows, and incident response runbooks.

Qualification & Requirement

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (GCP or AWS) and core networking concepts.
• Familiarity with containerization concepts (Docker) and basic Linux administration/shell scripting (Bash/Python).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn modern SRE practices.
