We are looking for an experienced technology evangelist for the core engineering team. The team is a part of the central platform that serves media and static content to various product offerings in Mindtickle. You are responsible for building, maintaining & scaling Products at Mindtickle with rightly selecting the most appropriate architecture for a system (or systems), such that it suits the business needs, and achieves the desired results under given constraints.

You will work directly with our engineering teams to develop our next-generation, cloud-based solutions. The candidate will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and scaling components powering the platform at Mindtickle, selecting the most appropriate architecture for a system (or systems) to suit business needs and achieve desired results under given constraints.

Skills Required:

• Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in any programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Golang, C, C++, etc.).
• Familiarity with databases: MySQL, Postgres, or NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis, MongoDB, Couchbase).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured thought process to tackle complex challenges.
• Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation
• self-motivated team player who enjoys collaborating with others to solve problems and deliver high-quality results.
• Enthusiastic and proactive approach to learning and problem-solving in a dynamic work environment
