Job Description
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Conduct candidate assessments, salary discussions, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and support payroll activities.
- Assist in designing and executing employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, supporting their queries and resolving issues.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (English – spoken & written).
- Proficiency in MS Office & MS Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven startup culture.
- Prior experience in a startup environment is preferred.
