We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather requirements, define features, analyze data, and ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and process flows
• Conduct market and competitive research to support product and strategy decisions
• Assist in creating product roadmaps, wireframes, and feature specifications
• Work with data teams to analyze metrics, KPIs, and user behavior for decision-making
• Participate in client discussions, product demos, and sprint planning sessions
• Support QA and UAT efforts by validating business requirements against deliverables

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and documentation tools
• Familiarity with tools like Zoho, Jira, Confluence
• Ability to quickly grasp complex systems and processes
