Key Responsibilities

• Understand our existing codebase and suggest improvements in system architecture.
• Act as a bridge between our team and external development agencies — translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Implement AI-based features (chatbots, recommendation engines, analytics, etc.).
• Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations and third-party service implementations.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security in all deployments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of MERN Stack (MongoDB, React.js, Node.js, Express.js).
• Ability to read, understand, and improve existing codebases.
• Experience in API integrations and third-party service implementations.
• Exposure to AI/ML tools, frameworks, or libraries.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with business + external developers.
• Experience in creating technical documentation.
