As an AI Workflow Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven solutions that streamline business processes, reduce manual effort, and improve efficiency. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, integrate AI tools, and ensure seamless workflow execution across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business workflows to identify automation opportunities
• Design and implement AI-based process automation solutions
• Integrate RPA (Robotic Process Automation) with AI tools for intelligent workflows
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and models
• Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business analysts for solution design
• Monitor and optimize automated workflows for efficiency and accuracy
• Stay updated with AI automation tools, frameworks, and best practices

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts and automation tools
• Familiarity with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
• Scripting/programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Power Automate)
• Knowledge of cloud-based AI services (AWS AI/ML, Azure Cognitive Services, Google AI)
• Exposure to NLP, chatbots, or intelligent assistants
• Certifications in RPA or AI tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, AWS AI, etc.)

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, IT, or related field
• Final-year project or internship in AI/automation preferred
