we are looking to onboard a proactive and technically inclined intern to support our IT Support & Operations team. The intern will play a key role in monitoring and troubleshooting applications and networks, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and assisting in the maintenance of IT systems and inventory.

This internship will provide hands-on experience across multiple platforms including Windows, Mac, and Linux, along with exposure to ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.

Monitor and troubleshoot application performance and availability.

Perform network monitoring and basic network issue resolution.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and service delivery.

Conduct routine system maintenance and performance tuning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.

Manage IT inventory, including asset tracking and tagging.

Document incidents, changes, and resolutions in alignment with ITIL practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong troubleshooting skills.

Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.

Exposure to operating systems: Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
