Own the numbers that power decisions. You’ll build financial models, publish dashboards, prepare investor updates, and support grants/subsidy applications—closely aligned with ACS’s EV charging business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investor Updates: Draft monthly/quarterly notes—milestones, KPIs, burn/runway, pipeline, risks & asks.
• Financial Modeling: Driver-based revenue forecasts, unit economics (charger/project), scenario & sensitivity analyses.
• Dashboards & MIS: Founder/CFO dashboards (Sheets/Power BI/Looker Studio); automate weekly/monthly MIS.
• Reporting & Controls: Plan vs Actual analysis, cash-flow tracking, receivables, and project P&L snapshots.
• Grants & Subsidies: Research schemes; maintain eligibility/timeline tracker; compile documents; assist filings & reporting.
• Data Room/DD: Organize metrics, contracts, and compliance checklists for investor/customer diligence.
• Costing/BOM Inputs: Work with engineering on BOM updates, margins, and make-buy decisions.

What You’ll Learn:

Requirements:

• Excel/Sheets: SUMIFS, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, Pivots, What-If/Goal Seek; clean data habits
• Financial modeling: 3-statement basics, driver-based forecasts, variance analysis
• Clear business writing for investor communications
• Bonus: Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio, basic SQL, accounting basics (accruals, GST), Notion
