Responsibilities
• Deliver on day-to-day process targets in meeting Customer SLAs. • Should be able to work as per the provided client shift timings. • Follow the governance mechanism established with the client. • Execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines.
Technical and Professional Requirements:
• Proficiency in MS office application. • Willingness to work in business aligned shifts, Night Shift also (24*7). • Open to accept changes in work methods or systems to improve performance beyond agreed standards. • Mortgage knowledge is the added advantage.
