Job Description
About the Opportunity:
- Hiring DRA Certified Debt Recovery Agents / Collection Executives for a leading collections process in Mumbai.
- Work with reputed banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to manage overdue accounts professionally.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Make outbound collection calls to customers for EMI / loan recovery as per assigned portfolio.
- Negotiate repayment plans, follow RBI-compliant processes, and update call notes in CRM.
Requirements
- DRA Certification (Debt Recovery Agent) as per RBI norms is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional languages; basic computer knowledge.
