Job Description

Job Title: Learning & Development
Role Work Location: Navi Mumbai/Pune
Immediate Joining Work From Office: 5 days working (No work from Home)
Service Agreement: 3 years

Responsibilities: Club Administration:
• Organize and oversee club meetings by working closely with club members and business leaders to ensure smooth execution of activities.
• Maintain accurate records of club activities, attendance and feedback. L&D Branding:
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance the brand of the Learning and Development department.
• Create promotional materials to highlight the value of club initiatives.
• Promote the club's activities through various channels to attract new members and increase participation. Club Adoption:
• Establish connections with Competency and Vertical leaders, guest speakers and SMEs, for club events.
• Implement measures to track and improve club adoption rates among employees. Event Coordination:
• Work on the event planner/calendar and share it with all stakeholders in advance.
• Book discussion rooms/training rooms in advance, arrange resources as per timelines defined, by liaising with admin team/other support functions.
• Keep stock of the club’s resources like goodies, electronic equipment and other materials. Learning Analytics:
• Utilize analytics tools to gather data on club effectiveness and participant feedback


Qualifications/Skills Required:
• Master’s degree in business administration – MBA/PGDM
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Learning and Development/ Training experience is desired.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Passion for hosting large scale events and connecting with a diverse workforce.
• Must be proficient in using MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Basic understanding of learning technologies and platforms.
• Enthusiasm for promoting a culture of continuous learning.
• Understand and proactively respond to stakeholder needs and provide periodic updates on action items.
• Initiate effective interactions with team members and work collaboratively with them to achieve the end goal. Share knowledge and best practices with team members.
• Communicate information clearly to team members and stakeholders. Always keep communication open and honest.
• Receptive to feedback and willingness to work on focus areas.

CTC
GET - 4,00,000 INR per annum.
o Service agreement for 3 years in lieu of 2 lakhs
