Position- Non-IT Recruiter & BGV Associate (Direct Contract)

Work Mode- WORK FROM OFFICE

Preferred candidate profile:-

1. Freshers & min 1 year exp candidate can apply for the role.

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills

3. Basic knowledge of recruitment process and tools as well.

4. Candidate who is willing to work in Talent Acquisition.

Role & Responsibilities :-

1. Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals)

2. Screen resumes and conduct initial screening.

3. Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers

4. Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals

5. Collect documents from selected candidates and do BGV check.
