Responsibilities :

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide technical support to employees via email, chat, or in person.
• Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation of support requests.
• Ensure security and compliance with IT policies.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical challenges.

Requirements :

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Prior experience with IT support or troubleshooting (internships, projects, or coursework).
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices.
