GrowExx is seeking a Software Engineer – MERN who enjoys solving complex problems using clean, efficient, and high-performance methods while working collaboratively in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee the implementation phase of the project, ensuring smooth execution.

✅ Support L2 engineers in analyzing user requirements, NFRs, and technical requirements.

✅ Identify and address any missing scenarios or unknowns and consult with the PO to define them as user stories or UACs.

✅ Determine the best implementation approach for each story and consult with L3 as required.

✅ Break down user stories with the team to identify technical tasks.

✅ Provide detailed estimates before sprints begin, collaborating with the team for accuracy.

✅ Ensure software development aligns with project architecture, coding standards, and NFRs (preferred).

✅ Create technical documentation in JIRA, Confluence, or other tools (preferred).

✅ Provide daily updates to POs and ADMs via Jira and Slack (preferred).

✅ Proactively communicate with team members (preferred).

✅ Assist HR and management by providing relevant information to improve organizational culture and performance.

Key Skills:

✅ Strong understanding of OOPs, Data Structures, and Algorithms.

✅ Proficiency in any client-side framework like React/Redux.

✅ Solid knowledge of JavaScript, JavaScript Design Patterns, and ECMAScript 6+.

✅ Expertise in Node.js frameworks like Express.js or Loopback.

✅ Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.

✅ Database expertise in MySQL and/or PostgreSQL (RDBMS) and familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB/Couchbase.

✅ Experience with Git, Bitbucket, Mercurial, or similar source control repositories (preferred).

✅ Familiarity with IDE tools like VSCode (preferred).

✅ Ability to create DB schemas and data dictionaries, normalize up to 3NF, handle exceptions, generate code-level logs, and debug defects.

✅ Ability to develop applications and APIs based on technical documentation and requirements using Node.js, Express.js, or Loopback.

✅ Capability to create technical documentation for developed features.
